This is simple example of libaacplus usage

to compile sample install libaacplus into /usr path
after this type "make" and you will see aacplusenc_simple application

This application can:
    encode sbr or sbr+ps aac audio file from wav file (44100 or 48000 Hz - samplerate, format - S16_LE)
